Early October TOCNL was invited to the GigaFest in Berlin where we were able to visit the factory and have fun at the fair. We traveled to Berlin the day before and gathered that evening at the Van der Valk hotel in Brandenburg together with many other Tesla Owners Clubs. It was a nice reunion and meeting with quite some members.
TOCNL did not arrive empty handed and we had a lot of delicious stroopwafels and wooden shoes to hand out to the other clubs. From the other clubs we also received some presents and the nicest were the coffee beans from the club from Bavaria. They gave us some bags with coffee beans that members Sander and Peter tasted for us.
Peter about the black bag with coffee beans, called ‘Supercharger’.
During the opening event of Giga Berlin, the Tesla Ownersclub from Bavaria gave us a nice present: Tesla branded coffee beans, named Supercharger. An espresso blend that I was able to try in my Jura-coffeemaker recently. I was positively surprised by the taste of it and I actually liked it. Often when a coffee bean blend describes a taste, I fail to recognise that particular taste description. This time it had chocolate on the label and I was actually able to recognise the chocolate flavour. Overall a nice experience and a very nice gesture of our fellow club in Germany.
Sander about the white bag of coffee beans, called ‘Urban Charger’
Are you looking for a tasteful coffee? Then look no further!
This ‘Urban Charger’ is a wonderfully smooth coffee for the enthusiast. The coffee, made with Phillips 3200 LatteGo has an excellent taste and is lovely to drink. This coffee has a nice aroma through a mix of milk chocolate, marzipan and roasted nuts. It also has a nice layer of cream. This is a coffee you shouldn’t miss!
TIP: Use a finer grind to really bring out the coffee taste.
